Dr. David Victorson Appointed Director of Research at the Northwestern Osher Center
The Osher Center at Northwestern University is delighted to announce Dr. David Victorson as the new Director of Research. A psychologist, professor, and researcher, Dr. Victorson’s work explores mindfulness-based emotion regulation, deep social connection, nature contact, and positive health behaviors that promote well-being in individuals, communities, and the planet. He brings fresh energy, depth, compassion, and leadership to this position.
After a decade of exceptional leadership, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Judy Moskowitz for her outstanding service as Director of Research at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Northwestern University. Her vision and dedication helped shape a dynamic research portfolio centered on resilience, emotional well-being, and the mind-body connection. Dr. Moskowitz now steps into a new role as Vice Chair of the Department of Medical Social Sciences at the Feinberg School of Medicine.
