Program Coordinator
The Osher Center for Integrative Medicine is jointly based at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. The Center works to combine research, education and clinical care in moving medicine towards a new model of wellness that recognizes the interconnections of the body, mind and spirit to enhance resilience and promote health and healing.
This position is a key function that supports the fulfilment of the Osher Center’s mission, combining administrative acumen with creative communications. The Program Coordinator is responsible for executing event management and marketing and providing administrative support for the Center. Reporting to, and working in collaboration with the Senior Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will coordinate the Osher monthly Grand Rounds events; support the delivery of annual/biennial conferences; manage and coordinate the Osher Center website(s); create and distribute the monthly Osher newsletter; and execute related administrative tasks. Additionally, they will take on ad-hoc tasks and assignments to promote the Center’s mission and activities and support the Directors as required. The Program Coordinator must be able to commute to the office on a daily basis as needed, with the potential to work on a hybrid remote/on-site schedule. Based on performance, subject matter interest and expertise accrued over time, the position offers the potential to grow with the Osher Center.
